We accept return for defective merchandise only. Please ship return items back to the Returns address on your packing slip, and make sure the package is insured in case of loss or damage. Indicate on the packing slip, or a copy, the item you are returning and if you wish to make an exchange, the item you wish to receive in exchange. In the case of an exchange, if the new exchange item is a higher value than the returned item, please include payment for the difference. If the other way around, you will receive a credit. Certain items, such as custom-made goods and dated items with limited shelf life, may not be returnable depending on circumstances.
